Everyone,
Just wanted to remind everyone that Feb is heart month : ) This is a great
time to pick up healthier habits such as exercise and diet. Lowering your
cholesterol will reduce your chances of coronary artery disease. Please take
care of your heart and yourself : ) Use "heart month" as your excuse to pick up
a new way of taking care of your heart health.
